"From my marketing I had a lady call me regarding the sale of her home. When I called her she said that she had signed with someone else for 95k. I took me 3 weeks to find a buyer and sold the property for $93,000 and I renegotiated with the homeowner for a price of 83,000 making a quick $10,000 in three weeks with a investment of $10 deposit on the contract in thirty three days."
