I should be taking advantage of.  Also, when I send in a contract I find I first have to call and make sure that the Realtors e-mail, etc. and property info is still accurate.  Many times they don’t use what is actually showing up on the contract.  In the new feature that’s going to allow us to send in many contracts at the same time wouldn’t that still be true?
• Q: would you consider this program good for short sales and fsbos?  that is lead generation for now.
