Hello and Welcome to the ReiFax.com Webinar Training Archive for June 24th, 2011. Here are some of the questions our subscribers asked in today’s training. Please watch the video to see the answer to all these questions and more:

  • Q: I am looking for properties with 100% equity.  Can be either “for sale’ or ‘not for sale,” distressed or not distressed, owner occupied or not owner occupied.  Under the “D. Equity” field, I entered “Equal or Greater than 100%,” but a disproportionate number of houses show they have 100% equity.  I know this is not true, so, Is there another field that I need to fill in that would filter out those properties that do not have 100% equity?  Thanks!
  • Q: when I run active/closed comps, assuming prop needs very little or no repairs, how confident should I be of the Investor
  • Q: do I need a particular browser to print what I see on the screen.  I know Chrome does not.  You recommend any?
  • Q: HOW CAN YOU CHECK IF THE PROPERTIES IN A ZIP CODE ARE GOING UP OR DOWN IN VALUE?
  • Q: Can we pull up for sale properties with no mortgage?
  • Q: When we do a search on the property and it shows the bank os the oowner is there a way to get in contact wih the bank or find out who is marketing the REO
  • Q: What is the number to the right of the Calculate result?
