Hello and Welcome to the ReiFax.com Webinar Training Archive for January 27th, 2012. Here are some of the questions our subscribers asked in today’s training. Please watch the video to see the answer to all these questions and more:
- Q: when opening up saved searches can reifax notify you of which new properties have met the criteria. MLS does this by showing a small icon that says new next to the new property that came up on the list
- Q: Because we are basically doing 3 types of deals (short sales, REOs, and regular deals) can we upload 3 different FARBAR contracts and generate that specefic contract that pertain to each type of deal?
- Q: Why are there properties with “Foreclosed” status when they are actually listed in MLS as short-sales (i.e. 1040 NE 143rd St)?
- Q: Is there a way to track listing price reductions?
- Q: What is the difference between search options “Public Records” and “For Sale”? Do both options not search the public records?
- Q: Is it possible to search multiple (non-contiguous) zip codes at once?
- Q: What is the use for search option “My Location”?
- Q: can you demonstrate how to get a list of large buyers and also what is the best way to contact them?
- Q: Hi Ramon, could you please tell me what “Foreclosed – Sold” means? Thanks!
- Q: I will like to find out how to locate Commercial Properties in distress.
