  • Q: Looking at a foreclosedproperty and the judgement is $498K, how is it that the last sale is shown at $156K w/the bank being the current owner?

  • Q: when doing a Property Analysis Report in the new Xima, I am not asked if I want to customize the report like it does in Residential Pro. Am I doing something wrong or is it not available in the new Xima?
  • Q: Ramon, please take a look at folio # 504211170280 in Broward county. It shows on Xima that it is foreclosed but it shows that the home owners still own the house instead of listing a bank that owns this property. Once a property is foreclosed on should we see the name of the bank that owns the REO? Please educate us on this information. Thanks
  • Q: I was doing a polygon on the Las Olas isles which is not a perfect square. When trying to get the information in the polygon….it did not work for me. could you show us how to do a polygon with an unusual shape…..and get the info in the polygon. Thanks
  • Q: Can you show me where the office phone number option is in advanced results in the residential/commercial application?
  • Q: Why can’t we export more than 1000 records at a time?
  • Q: Could you look up properties in foreclosure where the owner files bankruptcy?

Q: How can i find the mailing or contact information for the property owner
