- Q: Why are there properties with “Foreclosed” status when they are actually listed in MLS as short-sales (i.e. 1040 NE 143rd St)?
- Q: Is there a way to track listing price reductions?
- Q: What is the difference between search options “Public Records” and “For Sale”? Do both options not search the public records?
- Q: Is it possible to search multiple (non-contiguous) zip codes at once?
- Q: What is the use for search option “My Location”?
- Q: can you demonstrate how to get a list of large buyers and also what is the best way to contact them?
- Q: Hi Ramon, could you please tell me what “Foreclosed – Sold” means? Thanks!

- Q:Is there a way to find out on Reifax if a property is under contract?
- Q: Ramon could you pls show how to find cash buyers using Reifax
- Q: What’s the diffeerance bewtween ReiFax and BuyerPro?
- Q: when using a polygon or shape, does it find the properties using public record or the address of the properties within the polygon or shape?
- Q: when I look at the link information, it shows the status as contingent, it means there is a contract out there but it is contingent on something right?
- Q: can you show me how to do the polygon and the shape to define the area for analysis?
- Q: Also, it seems there is a problem with the mapping program. If you look at 800 Andrews Ave. Delray Beach in Palm Beach County, it should be east of the intracoastal but it is shown as west of the intracoastal.
- Q: also it seems the distress properties has a wider default distance than the comparables. What is the difference in the default?
- Q: what counties do you have all the county records
